Absence Planning APM (Absence Planning Module) is a powerful planning tool that gives supervisors and department heads a complete picture of employee absences. In terms of operational needs, the module supports defining "Coverage Groups": Any group of employees can be defined as Coverage Groups e.g. a department, team or even people (from separate departments) with a certain field of expertise. Benefit Accruals
Synerion's Benefit Accrual Module is an add-on to the TimeKeeper core system that provides an automated "tool" for managing the accrual and usage of employees benefit hours in accordance with your company's benefit policies. Benefit Accruals Flexible Functionality also includes: - Create and manage an unlimited number of benefit types (i.e. paid and unpaid vacation, sick time, etc).
- Accrue benefits on a Flat-Rate basis (commonly used for Sick or Personal time).
- Accrue benefits using Employee Profile-Based Information (e.g. Paid Vacation allowances that depend on Seniority).

Time Banking TimeBank was developed to create a mechanism for managing, storing and carrying forward pay-period values "banked hours" from one pay-period to the next. TimeBank can be regarded as a "savings account", i.e. a stored amount of hours that can be added to and/or deducted from on a pay-period basis. Adding or subtracting to/from the "bank of hours" can be initiated on a pay-periodic basis (similar to a salary which is added to a bank account each pay-period) or as a one-time occurrence (similar to a cash withdrawal/deposit). TimeBank functionality also includes: - Support for setup and operation of several TimeBanks per employee
- Definition of several TimeBank Groups within a given TimeBank
