How To Calculate The Cost of The Overtime Work on Holidays? E-mail
According to the Labor Law No. 4857, weekly working hour regulation is applied as 45 hours. If weekly working hours exceed 45 hours (except when Article 63 of the law on the basis of the principle of equalization is applied), it is considered as overtime. The worker who exceeds the 45 hours of weekly working ceiling,  will be entitled to earn 50% of normal hourly wage for each extra hour.

Holidays and vacation days fees, paid to the employee by the employer without any work for money. Such days, workers, working each day will qualify for the 1-day fee in return for more work. This amount is to create, and rates are lower limits, these limits with employment contracts under the condition of not being organized with the different charges.
